Abu Garcia Line Guide Worm Gear for 6000 series Reels.  This Worm Gear is one of the most frequently replaced parts on these reels.  It  is exposed to the elements and sand and dirt  wear the teeth very rapidly.  If the Line Guide does not travel from side to side reliably, this worn gear is the most likely cause.  Check schematics to ensure the right part.
