Shimano Main Drive Shaft #BNT3862.  The drive shaft Is an important part of you fishing reel.  When it fails (threads get stripped, develops excessive corrosion and rust or just plain breaks) you are in trouble.  Please check the schematics for your reel for the correct part.  I like to use www.reelschematics.com.  They are a great source for schematics for most main stream reels in the last 40+ years.
