Abu Garcia Spool Pinion Gear #23403

Abu Garcia Spool Pinion Gear.  This spol pinion gear is used on most of the garcia casting reels.  This plastic gear snaps into the spool and engages the line guide idler gear.  I often find that it needs a little extra supper glue to hold it in place,  use extreem caution if you chose to apply the glue.  (You can end up with it miss-aligned, the bearings glued and or the spool shaft glued in place.  None of these are good.)
